Story

In 1985 Anthony Toop launched a real estate company from his home in Toorak Gardens with his wife Sylvia. From the outset, Anthony and Sylvia were determined to create the best real estate company in the country, and to set the industry standard.

Over the years Toop&Toop have set the standards not only in the real estate industry but we have been recognised outside the industry for our customer service, quality assurance and business excellence.

Toop&Toop have been recognised outside the industry for customer service, quality assurance and business excellence winning a host of high profile awards including Telstra Business Awards, Customer Service Institute of Australia Awards, and were the first real estate agency in the country to achieve certification to Quality Service ISO9000 standard.

One of Toop&Toop's famous Award winning innovations has been the patented VirtualAgent Selling System (VA). This pioneering technology was the first application of SMS and email as a publishing tool in real estate, and as far as we can ascertain, was the first in the world.

Fast forward to 2015 and Toop&Toop is highly recognised nationally & internationally as a market leader in residential real estate.

Toop&Toop launched world first 3D Smart TV broadcasting in real estate, and have developed a live interactive weekly property show (www.toop.tv). Toop&Toop have recently established an online channel tailored to large screen online property video marketing (www.smartrealestate.tv).
