This the worst agency I have ever dealt with in my 30 years as a property investor.
A few weeks ago one of their agents called me on the back of an appraisal done a long time ago, when I told her I was on the do not call list she proceeded to tell me why it was OK to call me as that is how she did business, when I disagreed with her she hung up on me , I am told by company principal " she did not like the way the call was going".
On Sunday just passed (12/06/16) I went to view a property in my area , the consultant Mladen Djuric asked for my details as is normal and I simply said you don't need those as I always do and have never had a problem before.
This time he refused to allow me entry as he was protecting the owners personal items from theft.
This is the first ever time such a thing has happened.
If I was there with nefarious intent I would simply give him a false name etc and proceed to help myself to what ever I wanted.
As an investor I do not recommend this poorly managed agency to anyone as you really want the best exposure to your property when selling this way.

Incredibly poor customer service. Agent very poorly organised. Would not deal with them again.
