We have bought a new west development house, which was completed recently. As we are moving to Brisbane now. We really want a good property management team to look after it. Josie and Leah have been exceptional to assist with handing over with builder and advertising for rent. Their excellent work has resulted good tenant with only 1 open inspection. The best part has been very effective communication by phone, SMS and email even after-hours / weekend. Look forward for long term relationship with the team.

I have dealt with LJ Hooker west lakes rental team for the last 4 years and will continue to be a repeat customer. The staff have always been respectful and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive rental experience.

I don't even want to give this place one star. I paid all the outstanding rent for the period that I signed on the contract (One year) and they still charged me one more month rent because I didn't tell them when I will move out. What the heck does the contract use for? No one asked us if we are willing to keep renting this property and I am totally sure they forgot to ask us. I didn't do anything wrong. I just lived in on the date that the contract begins and moved out on the date that the contract ends. The manager is always not in the office and no call back. Sometimes even no reply for the emails. I am a student, I don't have time and money to get my bond  money back.  This place is really really bad.

Terrible service and will avoid you when there's a problem. Left my property with disgusting walls. Now I have overdue bills which they didn't charge the tenant. Do not recommend.

The staff at Lj hooker have been great over the past couple of years looking after our investment property. When the tenant has a problem we are notified straight away and the problem is dealt with on the day, which is a fantastic turn around . The staff are very polite and easy to deal with in regards to any issues or questions we have.
