Very convenient location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms aren't pristine but good enough for short stays. With rooms with balconies you can smoke so that's good for smokers. There isn't any fly screen so you can't ventilate the rooms and also the fans in the bathrooms don't really suck up the steam so if you shower with the door open the whole room will get very very humid. Also even though it's basically right next to the airport it's quite well sound proofed so no issues with noise.
This is a great hotel if you're staying in Sydney. The location is really convenient, with several stores and restaurants nearby, and a train station a short 5 minute walk away.nnThe rooms were really clean and the space was very well maintained. The hotel pool and rooftop garden were also nice additions. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I stayed at the property for 11 weeks. The 1-bedroom apartments are spacious, and come with a large fridge, good oven-stove combo, and large sofas. The bed is very comfortable to sleep and there is plenty of space in the closet. The property is close to supermarket, pharmacy and to Mascot train station. Even though it sits just a few hundred meters from the airport, noise insulation is extremely good inside the apartment.nnWhile the front desk staff has been extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay, there had been a few issues with inconsistent housekeeping, which the front desk then managed to solve most of the time. Also, the bathroom floor was a bit uneven, which means the floor would not dry quickly after a shower.
Nice staff, close to airport, easy to get to city via train and bus. Huge rooms that were clean. Super comfy beds. well priced. Would absolutely stay here again.
It's a great hotel, with nice and well kept rooms, especially the suites. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym are a really nice plus, and it's surrounded by a lot of stores and restaurants to choose from.nThe rooms are well insulated, so the planes from the nearby airport don't bother you.
