Landed in Sydney from London at 8 am then a short shuttle to Meriton Mascot. Receptionist lovely very helpful and checked us in early. Great room all comforts like home. Shops close by plus bus and train. Staying in Meriton at Canberra for a couple of days, And then last 4 weeks in Bondi Junction Meriton its our 3rd year doing this and can't fault them. Beds super comfy.nEve
Location convenient as close to airport and train station. Front desk staff friendly as wellnBut the parking lot had a very bad smell across the week and the week after too maybe the heat wave and then the rainy weather ?? And during the longer stay we had there, the room was serviced minimally where we would find when we returned to the room end of day, on some days that the rubbish was moved to one location in the kitchen but not cleared..just left there which we thought was a bit strange.nnOtherwise, check in and out was smooth and they also allowed luggage storage for the few days we were away and returning back to the same building. Room is neat and tidy. Big enough for uswith 1child. The spa and pool area was quiet. The train station is 7min walking distance. It was nothing problem to go to city and strathfield with my child. The staffs were friendly and polite.nI recommended this place because of the staffs bright smile and their friendly attitude.nI really enjoyed this trip. I want to stay here next time again.
Airline had lost my luggage and the hotel staff I didn't get her name but she had a British accent and glasses were incredibly cooperative, kind, and willing to accept delivery from a courier delivering to the hotel if I wasn't there to accept. Allowed late check-out as well which was greatly appreciated. Location was right near Mascot station which makes accessing the rest of Sydney a breeze. Will be staying here again.
