Used the app to order my coffee, the app said to proceed through drive thru, surprise the staff inside had no idea about my order. Staff 1 app 0. More of a review on a bad app than the place. Staff were great though.

The worst McDonald’s and the worst service in any fast food place I have been in. The staff are very rude and miserable. Waited 10/15 minutes for our order, and the order was wrong. Ordered a spicy crispy chicken burger with 2 ingredients missing, no bacon and no coleslaw. I took it back and said excuse me 4 time before the girl even looked at me and another staff member came to take the complaint when I told them ingredients were missing. Cold fries after waiting all that time. Tables were very dirty and plenty of staff on shift

So they apologised for burning a hashbrowns and making me wait for 5 min! Love these guys! Good service !

I was dining in. After searching for my food my wrap was served in a bag. I had to search further for the rest of my order which was left at a different part of the restaurant. The toast was cold by then. At least the restaurant was clean. A second visit has shown an improvement in customer service but coffee Service was extremely slow. After eating my meal I still had to wait before someone came to start preparing the coffee.

What is it with the drive through staff? This applies to other Maccas establishments too. Eg, "Place your order"; that isn't a greeting. "Here you go"; that's not how you end a transaction. How about "Good morning, welcome to McDonald, please place your order"? Or, "Sorry your order took us a little longer. Have a nice day". While waiting for my order the managers boyfriend is eating on the bonnet of his car flicking every second [likely free] chip from his packet, and then the empty packet, on to the road. Very bad look guys.
