ALWAYS FORGETS THE SAUCE!!!!! Ah I’m so annoyed.. ordered 20 nuggets and of course no sauce again!!!! soooo frustrating! pretty certain it was the manager who served me in drive through. Nuggets aren’t the same without maccas sweet and sour sauce!!!!!!!!!! I threw about 12 nuggets out.. always check your order!!
While we were waiting for the take away, we saw a staff wiped his nose with his hand and then prepared our order. After that the same staff ate a piece of nugget while preparing food. The food quality and presentation was very ordinary. Not what Mc Donald’s is all about. Won’t be going back to this shop anytime soon.
Ordered 2x McChicken meals for my son an me that came with no mayo at all and lettuce that looks a day old. Tastes like cardboard. Worse Maccas I have ever had. Staff vaping in the drive through.Hair in the chips. Doesn’t get much worse.
Next time we will do more careful checking. Because this is the millionth time they made our meals wrong. They always will mess up grill chicken and crispy chicken. Every time we ordered grill chicken we got crispy. And some of items from their shop, they like to play hide and seek. Always missing some of them.
Are used to get paid to mystery shop, big fast food chains to make sure that their services and staff were on point. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case at your Ashmore I can see why you’re a 3.3 star
