Main issue was waiting in line over 10 minutes, to still receive dry/stale food. So dissapointed. I will wait in line for fresh. Won't be back to this KFC and I'm local. The staff are friendly, but the process at this KFC still needs work, you pay & get receipt at same time as food being handed over, which doesn't allow you to check docket.

The chicken pieces were not hot and the chips were dry and cold. I took them back to the counter and they replaced them free of charge and gave me a voucher.

Used the KFC app for the first time for a supposed express service, arrived in store tapped the app saying I was in store, paid at the store all going well, that's where the whole thing fell down. After waiting 15 mins to get my order after 6 orders were filled that were ordered after me, when they finally realised they had missed my order that was sitting in the counter for them mins going cold, I had to ask for fresh chips and didn't even get an apology for the delay. What an exceptional experience I had. Good work Benowa!!

I ordered 6 wicked wings and one drink. They forgot my drink and the wings were burnt and were as hard as wood. Sorry but 1 star for you KFC!
