I came here with high expectations, and left with overwhelming disappointment. Firstly the first thing I noticed was how dirty the floor was, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, but i'm not sure if it was a bad thing or not, it was so stinky it would be impossible to slip over, maybe that's what they're going for? I then waited a while to be served there were like 3 people working in the whole store and finally my food came also they had no bottles of water available. The burger was the saddest mixture of food i've ever seen, the world's smallest, driest piece of chicken, a bit of wet lettuce and a tiny bit of mayo. Complemented with 3 tiny wicked wings, and some chips spewed across the bottom of the box, oh and the gravy had some interesting looking black objects in it. So apart from those small things I have no complaints, the ladies working there were friendly atleast.

Just wanted to give a massive shout out to holly who works here we called ahead to make sure no chicken had run out before we put in our order for delivery and she went above and beyond for us her customer service is exceptional she was very friendly and even gave us a hand written note after I joked about drawing a nice picture for us on the bag 11/10 girl bringing a bit of personality into sales is the best thing u can do we are very impressed. you are going to go far, keep up the good work. It’s people like you who work in this industry that make it more enjoyable and keep us coming back and being loyal
I was a bit disappointed with this store. I ordered online to give the staff plenty of time to prepare the food. When I arrived I was told they didn't have enough hot n spicy to fill my order and it would be a 20 minute wait. This was during peak dinner time 6.15pm. I would understand if it's the last hour before closing. Need to do better here.
Asian young lady working tonight around 6:30pm, was highly rude, we ordered $40+ worth of food with one piece of chicken being literally red raw on the inside, I took it back to her and she said it is just the seasoning...Original chicken seasoning is not INSIDE the chicken. She offered a partial refund of the chicken piece after a debate and claimed I had attitude. Which I did not, and in fact, she was the one with the attitude. I often eat KFC and never had raw chicken served to me. I was then told to leave due to my attitude and not to come back. BELIEVE ME I wont, love.nI rang KFC 7 times after leaving as I she refused to give me her name after I disclosed I will be leaving a review and literally no answer.nAlso, after reviewing these reviews, it is apparent undercooked chicken happens quite a lot with multiple reports saying they have had food poisoning. My ground stands.nIt is not hard to be nice especially when you are representing a business that is not yours, coming from someone who owns their own food store, costumer service is what is going to impact your business the most.
