Customer service is very poor at this location. I arrived into store before breakfast was finished, though they decided they're no longer serving breakfast on this day. I had ordered on the app prior to arrival, the app processed my payment, however they refused to honour my order.
i think the food stuff up was partially on us, nothing was displayed on the menu board as we ordered our order was read back to us so next time i recommend you do not leave the microphone prior to reading your order. our order was wrong, asked to go inside to pay and fix order and still received the wrong order chips got down sized, to what we ordered no receipt offered at anytime....kinda dodgey.
The team working at 7pm Friday 2nd May deserves the highest praise for the great burgers,chips & coffee which were perfect in every way. The restaurant was superbly clean as were the toilets. The service from the girls at the counter was fantastic as well as their smiling happy faces! What a happy team!nWe will be back! Cheers
Clean, quiet store. Staff always seem happy, so it must be a good place to work. I've had to wait for food on occasion, but it's not a negative experience because I'd rather wait than receive cold food.nThe app has some great deals, and the family bundle deals are incredible value.nMy go-to meal is the classic Jack's Fried Chicken with Chips.
Absolutely terrible wait times even during non peak hours and even after waiting that long what I got was a coffee served in a broken cup which ruined my car. Pathetic customer service and food handling -5/5.
