I tried to message store by it kept glitching . I usually have great food from this store . Today I ordered no pickle no onions quarter pounder meal . I not only got both and a lot of them but it was melted into the cheese so trying to remove them took all cheese away , the chips were cold /old I started to eat as I drove off they were not slightly cold but completely cold , I should have turned back but had to be somewhere. Complete waste of money and disgusting

Manager at 9.36am is disgustingly rude and should not be in retail or should not be in charge of anyone. I get to the last window of drive thru to collect my order, there is a lady standing a few metres away from the drive thru window does not even come over to the window, no hello, no talking just literally points and says “go park I’ll bring it out to you”.. she was literally half way across the store to the point I was like 50% sure she was talking to me. Wasn’t even in the parking bay for 10 seconds and a young guy brings out my food and these are my chips… half full. Please retrain the management on duty as today it was horrendous…

10 for the service, 10 for the efficiency and banging food, but the walking and talking 17 that served me at drive through was the free upgrade I wasn't expecting. What an asset to her job and what a pretty smile. Recommended
