Food tasted great but the dine-in experience was pretty disappointing. We were the only customers inside, yet bins were overflowing and most tables and the floor were dirty. Had to ask staff to clean a table just so we could sit. They cleared the rubbish into the already full bin, wiped one table and left the rest. No attempt to tidy the space or empty bins. Not the standard you’d expect, especially given how quiet it was nor in a dining room.
This is the grossest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. When the cleanliness is like this on our side of the counter, it makes you wonder what it’s like on the other side where we can’t see. It certainly does not make you want to eat from here. The doors, windows, door handles & self serve screens are absolutely filthy with finger prints & crusted foods & gum etc. The toilet doors, windows & handles were so gross I had to use to my shirt to pull it open. And the hand dryer did not work. Table tops remained filthy long after guests had left. There is evidence of a filthy mop marking the walls/bottom of counters where the floor meets. But the floors also looked disgusting at 11am on a Sunday. After reading several other reviews about the lack of cleanliness posted months ago, I doubt this problem is going to be fixed any time soon. Seems like these reviews mean nothing to the franchise. They should be ashamed because McDonalds has far higher standards than this particular franchise is willing to meet. What a shame, because the people who work for McDonalds do so because of the high standards & what that means to their future employment opportunities, but this franchise is not going to grow great workers, they are supporting & encouraging lazy workers & low expectations.
This is my favourite maccas by far, such amazing staff and work environment, Izzy served me in the drive thru and she was impeccable. The food was amazing and the the staff were all so kind to me. Will definately be back for my kids happy meals, they loved it! Thanks for making my year.
Thats not bbq sauce. Brekkie burger came with chocolate sauce. Called them, girl finds the situation amusing, i was told the boys should have bbq sauce now and to jst come back. Was already 20mins away
My local maccas. Service is almost always friendly, food is satisfactory, main downside is the gents toilet is diabolical. Reeks of urine, stuffy / no ventilation - makes me wonder what’s going on behind the scenes with cleanliness. Please sort it out and I will change review to 5 stars. Cheers
