Slow on getting served at premium time of 6pm on a Friday. Not many visiting. Eat in still arrives in take-away bag. Food tastes great and the chips are ecitingly flavoured. Get to be able to have refill drink if you eat in.
This place is just awesome, I had the Chipotle Cheesesteak and wasn’t at all disappointed, staff were very polite and professional.
Pre-ordered a meal through Uber Eats the so-called restaurant was only taking scheduled orders. Waited an hour only to receive a notification that order was "cancelled, because they were unable to complete the order at that time". With service like that, any wonder the business is failing.
Outshines for value and taste. Staff are amazing and always have a casual chat, seem happy in the job and place is always clean. Good value with larger subs try 43. Feed a family of 4 for well under $50 and my favorite place to eat now......
We've been regular customers now for at least 6 months, and frequenting at least once a week. We live less than 5 minutes away and usually have no issues. The food is usually good as is the service. Tonight however, despite ordering and paying the same way, was different. My husband wanted his usual sub as he was discharged from hospital today and its all he wanted. Usually when I pay I use a loyalty card I received and have been using it since they opened this store about 2 years ago now. The loyalty card was a buy one get one free card to which has always been returned to me without any questions on either side. Tonight, the young female told me rather rudely it should never have been used more than once. I started to try to explain its been used regularly here with no issues, got spoken over, and decided to stop explaining. She herself has served me numerous times before and returned it to me, with no mention of this. Due to this experience I can assure we will never step foot in Jersey Mike's again. Keep up this good work, and there'll be more. It's not hard to say it in a nice way. Customer service 101, be friendly as you don't know what someone is going through.
Great food, great customer service from all of the team, even their youngest recruit that was on today. I don't think I've experienced friendly & personable customer service from everyone onboard a food outlet in a really long time. Well done guys!
Very well presented and clean store. The subs we got were really good! Only thing I could say would be that the flavour of the subs would greatly benefit by the classic orange American cheese you find on most American subs and cuisine.
Firstly the staff were great. Very friendly! But the food was absolutely awful!!! Chips were cooked 2 maybe 3 times before I got them an the sub was inedable. Definitely won't be back. The one star is only for the staff!
I have tried 3 different subs, all have been: - very mediocre and nothing special - extremely overpriced Subway is way cheaper, and actually offers salads. Here you have 3 choices of salad. So minimal. I foresee this entire Australian expansion going completely bankrupt within a year. It's a shame because I wanted this place to succeed.
I liked the taste and freshness of Jersey Mike's but felt let down by the size and price of making your own sub. When compared to subway they have less variety and cost more for the same length sub. The meat was good as it was a proper chicken breast rather than processed.
