Not the best.nnPros: Location is fantastic. See dolphins in bay near hotel. Room size is large. Free water bottles. Great cafe nearby.nnCons: Rubbish Bin not emptied from previous guests. Porta cot was really worn and tired out felt like straight cardboard. We ended up putting her in bed with us and cosleeping. Rooms are very tired and need a deep clean or renovation. Only 1 person amount of toiletries provided seemed stingy to me. The hotel bay access to beach can only be accessed from inside and no swipe to get back in from bay so need to walk around. Some rooms near the lifts would be quite noisey so choose one away from them if possible. Room service trays left outside rooms for a long time overnight until checkout time. Perhaps someone could go and check these the night before.
This hotel was fantastic. So clean amd view was beautiful. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The bar was fun and lively. The hotel was close to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
The Deluxe Studio is spacious and clean. The staff is accomodating and helpful.nA little set back is, you could hear water pressure and spa ranning at times from next door.
We have just enjoyed a 2 night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Spacious clean room, comfortable bed, delicious breakfasts and great location. Located on the bay with easy access to the beach, it is easy walking distance to the centre of town and a few minutes walk to a Dome cafe.nThe staff are so friendly and helpful and should be commended for their service. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
My experience was amazing ! The two ladies that welcome me were absolutely lovely, professionnalisme and very helpfull.nThe hostel is well located, it's not that expensive and the rooms are stunning !nThanks to Bree for everything and I will definitely come back
