Spacious rooms, friendly staff and great location. Kitchenette in the room was extremely handy. Breakfast in the Silo’s restaurant was definitely impacted by Covid staff shortages. Patience was required in regard to this. Windows opened in the room and fresh air from the atrium infiltrated the hallways - something we really liked
First time staying at Bunbury Hotel Koombana Bay, stayed for 4 nights and was a very nice, peaceful place to stay. Rooms were very spacious with plenty of room, with kitchen, bathroom and personal spa. We stayed on the 4th level and the views of the beach and surrounds were just lovely. Housekeeping was done every day of our stay and did an amazing job!!! Nice pool to have a swim in, also the beach just walking distance!!! There is a restaurant at the hotel, but to be honest the prices were too expensive, and lack of choices was disappointing. However, there are some nice places to eat close by and in the city center of Bunbury. The staff at reception was very helpful with any of our requests. Will definitely go back again, for a holiday.
The hotel is well placed within Bunbury, easy to walking to the bars restaurants. The rooms are great, especially if you need to finish some work or charge items because the desk is positioned near unused power points. The bathroom was simple, clean and made sense. I'll certainly come back for both business and pleasure when visiting Bunbury. Rooms: Well thought out for work and pleasure. Walkability: Central to some good bars and restaurants.
Can't fault the actual room. Was spacious, everything was clean, bed absolutely comfortable. Bathroom large with ample storage space for personal items. But we were located room 105 and noisy as hell. Is the main traffic area to get to other rooms so lots of noisy trolleys, not sound proof at all. Would stay here again but opt for another room preferably higher up and with a nice view.
I really do go to lots of hotels This one is great. It’s a really family friendly place. Great pool and spa Lovely gardens and close to ocean and amenities in Bunbury. Staff are exceptional, Chef is brilliant. All the staff need a very big thank you. Rooms are nice, clean, smell great and our family of Three Sisters really really enjoyed our Holiday. We will def be going back to Koombana Bay Hotel
We had a lovely dinner on Friday night - the meals were fantastic for a large group of metro golf ladies visiting for the weekend. Thank you to the staff for the great service and meals especially when there was a communicatun breakdown and the booking wasn't passed on to them! The area outside the main restaurant was just perfect for our gathering.
Had a pleasant stay, but really the hotel is only 3 star. Staff are friendly and rooms are decent. The hotel is aging and this can be felt in the elevators with broken buttons, worn out bathrooms, drafty doors. Underground parking is very limited and only for tiny cars. I'm sorry but it is hugely over priced for what you get, and I really think is completely overrated

Very nice spacious rooms, clean and fairly quiet. Amazing bar and restaurant with Antonio giving excellent service, the sangria is a MUST TRY! Food & drinks: The bar snacks and the sangria are enough to make me return many times.
Walking distance to two breweries, some fine dining, beaches and coffee shops, a great room, and friendly helpful staff. Oh yes, the bed was comfortable Nearby activities: We walked the Street Art trail. Worth it. So is the local art gallery. Walkability: Short and relatively flat walk to town, the hotel has ramp access everywhere I could see it was needed Food & drinks: Easy walking to Bunbury's best food and drink offers
