Great place to hang out at any time. Child friendly (with activity packs no less!). They are generally playing sports on the TV but it doesn't feel like a sports bar, it's more local feeling than that. Good food and a great drinks selection. Would recommend

This is a fantastic place to hang out. Been here a few times.

 Had a chicken schnitzel and fish & chips last night. Very well executed and cooked to perfection. The chicken was soft and tender and had a lovely crunch from outside. Fish - just lovely.

Still a nice place but the recent renovation didn't do it any favours. Slightly sterile, bar staff especially seem more interested in talking to each other than serving. The outdoors area is still good, but overall the place is just 'nice' without the excitement and personality a great local bar needs. Such a shame.

Mid week lunch so there were a lot of spare tables available. Chicken Cesar salad is nice. Friend had fish and chips which came out over cooked. Service was good delivery was quick. The downside was the number of flies buzzing around which is never pleasant.

Aggressively mediocore. We ordered take-away and waited an hour, I would've left if my husband hadn't kept saying "give them another 10 minutes". We ordered fish&chips (small&soggy), fried chicken (tasteless), and a super food salad with an awful dressing that we couldn't actually eat. Not so much as an apology or a coupon from the staff. Never again.
