"Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities."

It was a pleasure coming to Hobart Lulu store once again a massive thanks to Amanda for taking her time and effort to find the right fit of leggings and clothing that suits my needs and putting my concerns at ease. Amanda thank you so much for making me feel so comfortable, much appreciated.
The shop smells so so good. And the clothing are divine. The clothing and stuff is really expensive. Like 140 dollars for a top. really good stretchy fabric . A solid 9 and a half.
What an exceptional assistance I received today from Jessica, she was so patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind. I have been to the store few times but didn’t feel comfortable to buy anything, but today felt so different and was able to find what I want. Thank you Jessica, keep up the good work
Staff are friendly and helpful. I will give 6 stars out of 5 to their customer service. I have been keeping my eyes on the availability of the Define Jacket in Pink Clay color, but it has been out of stock online for long. And it is for birthday gifting, so there was not much time left for me to wait for the online stock. Today I decided to try my luck with their shopfront. I explained to Aamanda my needs, and she was able to understand my urgency and helped me to check stock with branches in otherstates. Fortunately, there was a few left in one of the Victoria branches. However, order needs to be placed over the phone with the branch. Althought the whole ordering process could be done by myself, Amanda offer to call and comunicate with the branch on my behalf and secured the jacket for me. I was impressed by Amanda's attitude and professionalism in customer service. Thank you Amanda. Keep up the good work Lululemon team!
Took in a pair of tights used for a gentle physio bike and pilates, the seam inside my thigh had come apart. I thought they may be able to repair it as their items aren't cheap you pay for good quality. They weren't a recent purchase but hadn't had tough workouts. The store replaced the item immediately, I was very impressed and appreciative. Great service, they weren't my first purchase there and certainly won't be my last.
I bought some shorts and was told that if they were the wrong size I could return them, I went home, wore them once around the house and realised they were too small. When I went to return the shorts I was told that I bought them with a different card which was wrong and then told that because I had worn them I couldn't return them, despite only wearing them once, not having washed them, and there being no marks. And this even after I was told about the holiday return policy.
Great service, easy to use the change rooms and a great space, a little crowded but pretty great

Great customer service by wonderful people , but please change the photos of the store inside, they are from before the renovations and that was quite some time ago.
