I have shopped at Country road for 40 years. My recent experience of connecting by phone to my local store was disheartening. I had an item on hold. Advised staff that I may not make it in the nxt day, they advised no worries I can just give them a call and purchase over the phone. That ended up being impossible. Little did I know that when I tried to call the store I would be confronted by a robot who made me jump through hoops with NO outcome. SHAME on you Country road for the insult. Too busy collecting the money to provide customer service.
This place is non-existing. There is no Myers and definitely no country road -.-
Unfortunately for my wallet, this has become one of my my go-to venue's to shop for menswear in Hobart. The team here are always super friendly and so courteous. They even remember you after you've shopped there day after day. That said, the range here is great and the store is a much welcomed improvement on their old store down the road.
