My partner and I walked into your hobart store after something for a family wedding coming up in November.2021, The service we got was fantastic, The well-dressed, friendly staff are wonderful and know what they are doing! Benjamin was spot on with the size of my partner and couldn't do any more for us! I was so impressed by Benjamin's skills and knowledge of fashion and understanding customer service I had to take my future father in-law in and he was glowing and felt comfortable the whole time. 10 stars Thank you so very much Ben
Came into the shop on the 15th of December and was greeted warmly by Brittany. Her product knowledge and approachability was awesome. Not to mention she was very lovely. Went in just looking for a browse and came out with 7 items. Highly recommend yd Hobart!
Had a great experience at YD. A lovely gentleman named Brad helped me sort out my outfit for my cocktail dinner next weekend. He had great knowledge and great with people. Will be back to see him again.
I wouldn't write anything but they email and ask for feedback. So this was my feedback: "One of the disaster shopping I have ever had. I had purchased 1 blazer, two paints and two shirts. The price was slightly more than my budget. I asked him come to k ow store manager do something if he can. He said “let me do something”. Then he said OK all set, I paid in cash including for some alterations. Next week when went to collect there was no shirts. One lady staff finally find out one shirt and said this is the one you brought. I said there should be two but she said no no he took out one already because was not in your budget which is without my permission. I didn’t know which one he kept and which one he sold. I think I have right to choose which one I should wear not the seller. I said to her in that case keep the shirt for your manager because it’s his choice. And they kept it and never call me back. What a business and staff. The alteration looks very casual". Their response: "Our staff have read your review and value your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!" Now response now is: If you can't digest why you ask for feedback.
Ben was super helpful, we travelled to tassie at short notice and had no dress clothes for a funeral. Ben good practical knowledge on what would fit/ suit me. large size I would recommend friends to this store without hesitation.
Into today and looked after by Ben. Top service, great knowledge and advice. I'll be back the next time I need clothes.
I discovering non of my smart clothing fit me the night before a big interview the next day! I headed to YD in hobart the next morning with very little time to spare. I was met by Benjamin who was an absolute legend! He kitted me out from top to tow! He is an asset to YD! I will definitely return.
First time in. Ended up buying more than I'd come in for. Great prices and excellent customer service.
Excellent service they got me fittted out in a nice new outfit. Super happy.
