Bad customer service!! I went to the store to collect my shoes yesterday, the lady, probably a new staff, were quite friendly to me; another lady, maybe a senior staff of the store, looked at me with a ‘Whatever face’!! No greeting, no smile, talked to me very impatiently. As a customer, I paid for the shoes, and I expected the staff to treat me with respect! I have been to the store a few times, and the services were all good, but not yesterday! Show your respect, lady!!!

Excellent customer service.. Bonnie went above and beyond to help me with my wedding shoes. Highly recommend this place.

The staff there were very welcoming and helpful and there's a great selection of shoes
