I went into Icon Footwear today and got amazing service, despite walking in half an hour before closing. The staff member who assisted me was in the middle of something else but stopped their task to see if I needed any assistance and then spent the next twenty minutes helping me find a shoe that suited my needs. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and they were patient and personable. Thanks Icon Footwear!
Absolutely terrible service. Person working there is incredibly rude. Had decided to save up and buy a "good pair of shoes" to support my flat feet. After only 6 weeks of regular walking around the city the fronts of both my shoes have disintegrated. I did not kick anything out of the ordinary or do anything else that would not be considered normal wear and tear that happens when you walk. I went to find out what I can do to stop it happening wasn't requesting a refund or anything and essentially got told in a very rude manner that it was my fault and I had done it on purpose! If I wanted it fixed I would have to pay more. All she offered was to re glue it, which wouldn't have helped as the material was literally disintegrating. Would never buy that brand again and certainly won't step foot in the shop again. Very disappointing in both the shoes and the appalling customer assistance. Addit as you cannot reply to thier comments. Interesting reading the other reviews that mirror my experience. All is good until they are questioned about something that is obviously difficult for them to respond to. The "positive" review below mine isn't even legitimate as the photos are of their old store, closed well before the review! Obviously desperate for some positive reviews The shoes I bought at full price were $260. Yes I bought them on sale, but that shouldn't change the quality! Also I was choosing between the pair I got and a pair at full price and the store worker really pushed the sale ones... Makes you wonder if they were selling them cheaper because the knew they were of low quality. Luckily for me I only paid that for a pair of shoes only wearable for 6 weeks! And to reiterate I was only asking for advice when I walked in. Their nasty response was what lead to such a poor experience! A bit of humanity wouldn't go astray.

A hidden gem. Icon Footwear always look after my feet, ensuring that they’re comfortably tucked away in the most beautiful shoes. The service is super friendly and I can not recommend enough. Do your feet a favour and visit this shop as soon as possible!

If there was an option for 0 stars i would’ve chose that. The serviced i experienced today was one of the most awful shopping experiences ever. I was trying on some shoes for my work as a healthcare worker and wanted to get an idea of price and style i liked. Both workers were incredibly rude, not helpful and we’re terrible at providing quality customer service. I got told i was being incredibly rude after the lady had peered onto my phone to compare prices with online shops. I was told that it is not there job to serve me whilst online shopping which wasn’t the case at all. I was then told after asking whether they do refunds that if i am not sure on the shoes i should not buy them at all, they proceeded to gossip in front of me. I will never ever be returning to this shop and highly recommend that if you are looking for shoes either find another shop or go online to save yourself from an awful experience.
The shoes at Icon are extraordinary. Beautiful styling, lush materials but what is even better is the customer service. I had 2 ladies looking after me and they are really invested in providing quality customer service and they care!
Third time I've shopped here and had excellent service each time. Have bought variety of styles, boots, sandles and casual flats. All are top quality and comfortable, so worth paying a bit more as they last and last. Well done Icon Footwear, now my first and last stop shop.
Fabulous service and products. My partner and I casually strolled in 30 min before closing - the 2 ladies in were v. lovely, knowledgeable and fit shoes properly. They have a great selection of european shoes and boots and clearly have great care for their range. We came, we bought and we'll be back
I purchased two pairs of birkenstock and had a great experience. The staff ladies were very friendly a d very knowledgeable of there products and the store seemed tiny but it had so much variety and stock. Highly recommend and keep up the great work.
