The service here is disgusting. I was turned away and told to attend a different jeweller as I requested to find out my ring size. He told me I just wanted to buy a ring online, and advised this wasn't the case and my Mum purchased a lot of jewellery from him. He tried to tell me he had only just opened and when I advised where his store had relocated from he then told me to come in with my mother. When I advised she had passed away, he demanded I tell him her name to prove my story. I was spoken to aggressively and left the store in tears. The only other customer in the store actually came out of the store to make sure I was okay after his behaviour.
