The customer service was wonderful, and the Jewellers that they have are knowledgeable and understood my design perfectly!

DO NOT TRUST - I took my Seiko watch in for a battery change and clean took 1 month to get back after being told not ready due to not having correct tools to take the back off and it being in pieces. When I finally got it back the watch is not holding time and the band is on back to front!  Rang the manager to notify of my disappointment was sworn at and told to go to hell!

DO NOT GO HERE.
In May 2016 whilst changing a battery for my watch they damaged my Tag Heuer watch rendering it non functional.  They charged and let me leave without telling me.
