My fiancee loves her new ring - the proposal itself was a surprise but over the years we'd spoken about what she might like, and after a good look through what was available at the more retail-oriented jewellery shops I knew I'd have to get a custom ring made with durability and security of setting in mind.

I live in regional QLD, so I was looking for a custom jeweller with a great online presence and Metal Urges really stood out. The comprehensive educational articles on their website were a big factor in my decision, and the many glowing Facebook reviews sealed the deal. My jeweller Loretta's expert advice was amazing as she guided me through the design process and suggested many improvements to what I originally had in mind. I'll definitely be recommending Metal Urges to anyone who asks - for something as important as an engagement ring, having the help of an expert jeweller with a focus on customer education was absolutely invaluable.

Where to begin.
I cannot speak more highly of the team at Metal Urges.
They were kind, helpful and thoughtful and made an already amazing experience even better.
They were the first of a list of jewellers I planned on visiting and the first impression was so strong I didn’t even visit number two on my list. They didn’t disappoint. Definitely pop in here!

My wife and I have been dealing with Metal Urges for a few years now. In fact most of my family also have had Jewellery made by the Metal Urges team. Most recently, we had an eternity ring made. It is a beautiful piece and the team bent over backwards to make sure we were able to take it away when we visited Tassie (as we live in Sydney). We are extremely happy with the quality of work and the service we always receive. I'm glad we made the discovery of this Tasmania Gem. Thank you so much to Chris and the team.

I am always receiving compliments on my amazing ring from Metal Urges. So impressed with their work! 4 years down the track they are still happy to clean my ring every time I'm in town. What's not to love, they're the best in the business :)

Metal Urges are incredible. I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. Professional,  amazingly artistic people who listen! My wedding ring was designed & made & I  cannot fault it at all! Feeling the love for the attention to detail & craft
