I have been to many gyms and fitness studios over the years. Hobart Fitness Training is the BEST. your not a member number of pass card . The experienced and knowledgeable trainers will provide you with the guidance and dedicated service that will get you achieving results Fast. I love the small group training with the benefit of individual instruction but the fun of a group and perfect times to fit in with work. I looked at seven different gyms and group training options in Hobart before deciding on HFC and I have not been disappointed.

I started with Dan and Annalee this week and after two sessions I have to say I am very pleasantly surprised. I simply can't fault the level of service that these two dedicated professionals provide. Very approachable and kind, there is no yelling or scary 'motivational' tactics. I was really pleased that I have only felt motivated to challenge myself, rather than fearful of exercises or scary PT's. It doesn't make the exercise easier, but it helps to get you through the class! It's much nicer than a gym, with real people in the small classes rather than the usual body-builder crew you find amongst the weights. I highly recommend that if you are considering a real and worthwhile change in your health and body - seek out Dan and Annalee's help. They are not your usual personal training experience!

I signed up for some personal training here and it is the best decision I made. Dan is a supportive and friendly trainer, but gets you to push yourself every session. Although I'm usually exhausted after each session, I can't believe how much progress I've made. I highly recommend people give it a go!
