Tazfit is like no other Bootcamp or Personal Trainer you will ever experience. Tazfit can help anyone wanting to lose weight, get fitter and healthier no matter age, size or physical limitations.  I was very overweight and had no energy. Since being with Tazfit and having a PT session once a week with the Dragon, I have lost over 20 kilos and 60+ cms off my entire body.  I have more strength and energy that I've ever had in my life. I had tried every diet out there and also tried many different bootcamps and Personal Trainers over the years. Now I am with Tazfit I am finally off the yo yo diet wheel forever. Tazfit's nutrition program is second to none and it so easy to follow. I am a full time working mum with 3 children and have no problems integrating the nutrition system into my daily life. If your serious about changing your life and are looking for a real fitness family for your life,  then Tazfit is the answer.
