Hey guys and gals. Can’t fault this place for service and friendliness. Nobody likes to take back clothes for credit to only make you feel awkward with the staff. We purchased from rocky and were told that if it don’t fit just take it to any LOWES store and they will refund or swap. We bought in a hurry due to closing time and I thought the smaller size would fit. Like all of us. Huh huh. Got it wrong. Walked into yeppoon store and greeted with a, no problem, would you like a refund or swap. Friendly staff only to happy to help me with my selection. Yeppoon store made no sale from this but has got me as a customer from now on. Thank you, you couldn’t have made my day any easier. Can’t post any photos unfortunately. Plenty of clothes to fit and winter wear coming in fast cheers big ears
What a great place to shop the service is great prices are reasonable and a good range to pick from the staff are very good
