I went into Yeppoon store this morning requesting assistance as the Internet wasn't working on my iPad. I was informed I'd have to pay $$$ per 15 minutes for staff to look at my connection! When I stated I was already paying for Internet, why did I need to pay in store for a service I was already paying for What ever happened to customer service? Not impressed Telstra Yeppoon.😡

One lady was very helpful but couldn't resolve my issue, the other Girl/woman whatever needs a muzzle and a lead . The mutt is rude obviously frustrated and I can see why, I wouldn't feed her (let alone pay her. Don't even think of ringing the store no one replies nor return calls. BE WARNED BOYCOTT THIS STORE

Never use this shop!! Deceitful, lying and never answer or return calls.Only deal with Telstra online or phone.Changed packages after signed agreement. Dishonest! 6 hours on phone(total) and 2 trips to Store and had to cancel whole deal as they lied about package and costs.Unbelievable situation and deception.Stay away please, save yourself hours and hours of grief and sitting on hold listening to same lies over and over again.You have been warned.
