While the store is smaller than Rockhamtpon and so has less stock, the staff more than make up for it with their friendly, helpful attitude. They are willing to order things in, or you can order online for pick up instore anyway, so I will be doing my purchasing through them from now on as the Rockhampton store seems to be staffed by ignorant employees and a manager who obviously can't roster efficiently for more than one person to be on at busy times.
This is the best place to shop for or ask questions about anything and everything to do with gaming.. The staff there are definitely clued on and equipped to deal with all your gaming needs
Eb Games is in a nice little area in Yeppoon Central, I have no complaints, but i would like to make a suggestion. Have an Email associated with the Store or better yet with all Stores, It would help those who are not able to phone or come in directly to ask a questions about if a certain product is in stock for example.
Unfortunately I heard it's closing in Feb, very sad as its a great place to shop, with excellent happy staff.
went in store to buy ps4vr gear no stock in yeppoon and was told in stock in rockhampton ,picked drove to rockhampton city center and bought it over the counter lying to customer dont get good feed back in the long run .
