Hard to find a checkout open. Service pretty ordinary. Cold goods put in non cooler bags. Put heavy stuff on top of perishables. Pretty much have to serve yourself through self serve checkouts.
Shelves had very little stock of basic items including milk. Several generic brand items that I usually purchase were unavailable so I was forced to buy premium brands on those items I really needed and skipped those that were not essential. The shop cost me significantly more than I intended to spend despite the receipt saying I had saved $64. Numerous staff were blocking isles with large shelving trolleys picking 'click and collect ' orders at the expense of those who come in to the store and pick their own orders. I will not return to this store
Extremely arrogant lady at the self serve bay. Paying for groceries and getting products, not free. Her rude attitude did not help after a difficult and tiring day. If you don't want to work go home instead of barking at people. She needs to get charged for harrasment.
Been to Coles Yeppoon twice this week to buy Kirks sugar free soft drink. None on the shelves either time. A complete waste of time.nTried ringing them to get answers but no one answers the phone. What a crap store.
