After resizing a diamond ring and soldering a gold necklace I am very pleased with the quick and efficient service. The staff were very polite and helpful. Thank you Kim England.  Yeppoon.

Worst service I've ever had! Mr John Scoffin damaged my ring then took 7 months to fix it, did not call when he said he would- 4 times!, Did not apologise until I voiced my anger, still charged me for the re size AND tried to charge me twice for previous work. Very very rude and abrupt, and where he has tried to fix the damage is very noticeable. Terrible service! Will not return!!
