While 2 of your co-workers stood behind you at the front desk ignoring the ever growing line of customers and playing with zip-ties on Friday 8.10.21, you speedily served every one of us and did it with a giant smile and some of the loveliest manners and customer service ever. Particularly to an elderly woman ahead of me who you didn't rush or push to go faster. Thank you so much.
Called into the shop today just on a ‘whim’ was walking down the aisle looking for nothing in particular Was approached by young male staff member who asked politely could he help I pulled the first thing out of my head and told him and he gave me me very precise details of which aisle and exactly where in the aisle to look First class service with no over the top BD I give this store and staff 10/10 and walked out with a total of 9 items First class customer service XXXXX ROY
