The owner was easy to speak with and very helpful. We had forgotten our water jerry and he helped us source water for the weekend easily. The amenities were clean and easily accessible. The best part was camping down near the water in this magical spot. We were six families with sixteen children under 11yrs old and we had a ball. Bring your inflatables and (surf shoes for the river rock bottom) and let the water carry you down stream on the baby rapids - best suited to the children as the water at this point is not very deep. The rest of the water is deeper so you can pop a kayak in or paddle board. Will definitely be booking in again at this gem. Also we were there in November and there were no mosquitoes!

Lots of nice grass, next to a river and if the dam is overflowing make sure you get one of the spots facing the overflow! Well priced with decent amenities. Would visit again for sure.

Fantastic place to threw a swag out go to the dam and have a skii or go down to the river and throw a line in

The road to get there may not be great but it's worth the trip, lots room, great owner and dog friendly.
