Toowoon Bay Holiday Park

This is a well set up holiday park with lots of options. The facilities are fairly well maintained with a decent kitchen. The pool is heated and large enough that even with people around it doesn't feel cramped. There are two beaches either side, one great for surfing and one great for kids as it was very flat. Take a strong mallet though if you're using a tent. The ground is quite tough.

I enjoyed our stay due to the location but we won’t be back in a hurry. The state of our Cabin was utterly disgusting. I woke in the Morning to make our bed and when I flipped the pillow over it was covered in mould. The floors, table and benches were dirty. The cleaning is very, very poor. The cabin itself is situated in a nice spot, we had sea view and a balcony. It was okay for one Night but if you wish to stay here I would consider bringing your own bedding and cutlery. Lots for the kids to do, short walk to the beach and close to the shops.

Don’t stay here! Deeply upset regarding there cancellation policy! Under certain circumstance I understand they will charge a one night stay, on a cancellation but I have booked a long weekend the last one actual available cabin and I have cancel a month in advance as a family member has been extremely ill with cancer and we unfortunately had to cancel and they wouldn’t give me a full refund and kept one night stay. Even though they will fill the spot as it’s a long week! There is no compassion & understanding. I asked the money to be transferred for another time for the one night, which is $400. but the rudeness and disrespect from the manager didn’t even reply.. . I would never stay here ever!!

GREAT site for family camp. We were lucky in that we were close to all amenities and the pool...had lots of fun and would highly recommend this. Sites 217 onwards were great for us.

Went here camping and enjoyed very much. The camping site is big, with water and electricity. There are many activities for kids: pool, playground, jumping castle. It's just next to beach with easy access. Some details could be improved. We got SMS message to collect key from key box, but there was nothing in there. The bathroom locking seems to be unnecessary.
