Really enjoyed this park, the kids loved the pool. Plenty of activities and movie nights for the kids. Amenities were new and showers were hot. Friendly staff and mini good was fun. Great location in town, close to everything. Was even better then what I expected and the photos don’t do it justice.
My son and I stayed at the caravan park on the weekend. Our cabin was clean and tidy and very nice as well. The whole park in general was amazing, the staff were very accommodating as well. Well done keiran and Chris, you both should be proud of yourselves, you both do a fantastic job!! I will definitely be staying with you again.
Stayed in one bedroom cabin with pet facility. What a delight! Could not fault cabin, very clean & everything that was needed. Lovely hot shower & all necessary toiletries provided. Staff super nice. Would definitely recommend staying here. Geoff Moore
Booked an ensuite site but decided to upgrade on day of arrival it was very cold. Staff were really helpful in finding us a cabin Emerald cabin. Site was super clean, and the facilities were fantastic, huge play area, very family friendly. Seriously considered staying a second night in part because of the park.
Didn't want to ever leave! Ensuite sites are private and protected from the weather too. Staff a very friendly and accommodating. Loved our first Christmas travelling! Santa even came in a fire truck! and he ran out of lollies for us and management returned later and gave some to our children as they missed out. Very thoughtful. Thankyou! We would highly recommend!
The best caravan park I've come across in a really long time! It's always clean, tidy & ready for each guest! There are tonnes of sites, for all types of set ups! Cannot recommend enough
The pet friendly cabin is basic but what you need. The bed was awful, the mattress was so soft you sunk into the bed. Worse sleep, the lounge was rock hard. I don’t think housekeeping actually check the cabin for maintenance issues as I had to email them a list of things that didn’t work, which was light bulbs mainly needing replacing. There is a pen in front of the car spot, would be great if that had the verandah enclosed with a gate and fence going out of the verandah a bonus. Other two times I have been since I went I have stayed elsewhere so I could sleep for the night Sites look nice and reception upon check in were lovely. If they changed the mattress and better lounge and added gate to the verandah would be much better.
My 3rd NRMA park, and the best overall experience so far. Only issue is kitchen area is quite small for the number of sites. It gets really busy. Has 2 sinks but one tap, that's not long enough to reach other.
Stayed 1 night, camping on an unpowered site. Really top notch venue and would definitely stay again if in area. But all showers were closed for 45 minutes for cleaning before checkout time of 10am. Really dissapointing and a bit frustrating. I would have though it makes more sense to start cleaning at 10am...
Amazing Park. Can't fault one aspect of it. The Manager and staff go above and beyond to help out. Park is super clean. Loads of kids activities. Keep up the great work guys!!!
