Friendly staff with a warm welcome, clean facilities. I spoke to the grounds keeper/ handy man during my stay, there is a lot of work to be done just for one man. Will stay again.

The place a clear and functional but it has a bit of a depressing vibe to it. The amenities are clean and a bit old(ish). My wife had some issues with the hot water (or lack thereof). I didn't have any issues myself. The price is reasonable.

Nice facilities, but the deluxe cabins are next to a very busy road and a railway line that has a 3am train each day!
