Nice little spot on the river! Very nice and understanding owners who have recently taken over. Cash only at the moment! I assume they plan on updating and expanding the amenities at which point this will be a 5 star.
Beautiful little place nestled in an old historic village. Caravan park on the river very quiet great to wake with birds singing and sun shine across the river, calm and soothing place. Basic very clean amenities with hot showers, no shops but 20min to Taree.
We only stayed one night coz it was midway to our destination. It was very cheap $30 p/d and the manager was friendly and helpful positioning our van. The park is pretty old & has 38 sites and located on the "Croke- eye" river, great for boating and fishing. The other caravaners say they love the park, coz mainly oldies stay there, it's "not really a 'kiddies' park, so it's pretty quiet. No mangroves or midges Thank god. Complete with BBQ, camp kitchen, ablutions all good. Off the beaten track and a bit of a gem, as they say. Great fishing spot with moorings. I'll use them again.
Great camp site on the water, clean river and solid hot showers. Docked the boat at their jetty for our stay which made it a very easy. Will be going back.Service: 5/5
This is no longer a caravan park. It is private property.
Great little park,good amenities and a great view of the Manning river. Quiet and away from the highway. Only negative you must bring all provisions as the closest shopping is at Taree approx. 20klms away.
This places deserves all the stars and more, we've stayed in about 15 different sites this trip, and this one is by far the nicest, the views are amazing, the owners are lovely and couldn't help enough. The bathroom are top class, not a cobweb in sight,,,
