Really appreciated this place. We just camped, but they had clean, well equipped facilities, HOT showers, and sensible layout. We called ahead and arrived after reception closed: they made it all super easy to get in and set up. Simple service done well Service: 5/5
This is a very clean and tidy caravan park. Quiet and peaceful. A 2km walk into town which suited us as we travel with 2 small dogs. Would recommend to travellers.Service: 5/5
So disappointed in this place. Booked a pet friendly cabin apparently pet friendly means we are second class people. We are well travelled and stayed in many ‘pet friendly’ cabins and this was one of the worst. Advertised table tennis table, commented when booking in that we had bought our own bats & balls, no mention that there was no table! Booked and paid for 2 nights, 1 was enough for us. Was able to get a pet friendly room at a local motel at short notice. Cheaper and 100% better even though the owner apologised that it was only their ‘basic’ room. All rooms at the motel are the same regardless if pet friendly or not. Didn’t bother asking for a refund, just wanted to get out of there. Gave one star because I can’t give less. Rooms: Terrible
Stayed here for work and was put in one of the newer cabins out the back with the carports, the bed was very comfortable and the place was fully kitted out with everything I needed - full size fridge, stove, sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, and basic cooking utensils, cutlery, even an oven tray! I had a little trouble once with the pedestrian gate's electronic system and the lady in the office was happy to help I apparently needed to press 'C' to cancel any buttons others may have pressed before entering the code The area seemed pretty quiet while I was there, and although I didn't make use of them there are plenty of on site facilities such as a common kitchen, showers, pool and beautiful little pond it might be nice to walk around. Please excuse my junk in the review photos, I didn't think to take any until I'd already "moved in" Walkability: I wouldn't describe this as close to the CBD or anything but Bunnings is right around the corner!
So I stayed in this park for the Armidale Cultural Festival. Honestly I chose this place randomly and despite some discouraging reviews prior I still wanted to check it out. I will love to start with how impressed I am with their security system. I observed a security patrol car come in at night to discreetly do a nice check without invading your privacy. It has a locked gate, I mean fully locked that no random pedestrian can come in for a wander, unless they were booked in to stay. If you have kids & want peace of mind, visit this place. The amenities are great for a place not so new. It was very neat, the recreational room had everything a family would need to enjoy. There is surveillance there too that made me and my family feel safe. The pool was clean and I loved swimming in it. The cabin I booked was SPACIOUS, well equipped, lots of beds for the price I paid. The beds were comfortable and made me nostalgic for when I was a very young person, loved the mix of retro & modern styles. The garage took 2 cars beyond my expectations. It was very quiet and it's in a privately maintained location. The staffs and management I'd give 100% in their cautious, timely and polite manner of services. Need I say the cabin was cleaned very early and I checked in hours before the standard time. That's not to say if you are not lucky enough to check in earlier, don't get disappointed. I will book this park again if I have to stay over in Armidale again. Highly recommend this holiday accommodation. At this Junction, I'd say a big thank you for making my stay enjoyable. The location of the park was good. It could do with some TLC. I get that it is autumn, and there are a lot of leaves, but the holes on the sites could do with some dirt added to them to fill the mud holes. Amenities could also do with some updating.Service: 5/5
Great location, shame about the jumping pillow but was advertised as not working, ensuite great, unfortunatly when asked if we could stay another night was told I couldn’t but could move next door, quite a hassle to undo camper and super inconvenient and after the move the lot was vacant anyways. Staff could be more friendly and helpful rather than feeling like it’s a hassle, Cleaners very friendly though. Food & drinks: A cafe or vending machines may be helpful

Stayed here when I visited Armidale for my university graduation. I came with my whole family and the staff were accommodating with my late check in request. They were able to give me access. Overall it’s a lovely place to stay, very relaxing, close to everything you need in Armidale. Kids loved the playground and just walking around the park was very safe. Thank you very much for a lovely experience.
