We camped for 3 nights.. loved it! There's lots of established trees for shade. The amenities were always clean. The staff are really friendly. The grounds were very tidy. Located on the most beautiful beach. Kangaroos and kookaburras wake you in the morning. I would recommend booking a site backing onto the bush.
This was a lovely park. We stayed in a cabin which had direct access to the beach via a small track. The park was easy to get around and well looked after. It had everything you need to entertain kids. The cabin was clean and modern and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
A fantastic caravan park only a few steps from a stunning beach. We loved seeing the kangaroos so close on the beach and hill grass Amazing customer service from the team and super clean and new looking amenities. Our kids loved the water slides/area, bouncy pillow and pool as well as heading to the beach quickly and often. A lovely little town and welcoming locals. Highly suggest and we will be back next time in NSW
What a nice place to kick back for the night! From the communication to the facilities, the only thing we can fault is our decision to stay only one night! - just means we’ll have to return sooner rather than later . The kids had a ball in the time we were there, from the short stroll to the beach via the sandy bush land to the water play area, there is something for everyone! The community in the area were also lovely, everyone just seemed relaxed. Oh and the wood fired pizza from Emerald Beach Pizza and Pasta, literally around the corner, was ah-maze-ing!
We just checked out of a superior 2 bedroom cabin which was very clean and tidy and great for a family. Direct beach access from the outside of the cabin. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of great activities for kids. The waterpark was a huge hit with our kids. We only had a 1 night stay but can't wait to come back and visit again.
It was a while ago that I went here, and we were lucky to score a really good price deal. I loved every part of the park and it was wonderful to see many different species of butterflies i own a butterfly business. Unfortunately i cannot get this deal again, and as much as me and my mum want to go here it is completely unaffordable.Rooms: 4/5
Literally worst caravan park out there. It is extremely pricey, one of the most expensive places I’ve stayed at and the Pool gave my kids rashes and was not clean at all, staff are incredibly rude. My mum wanted a cot but they were broken and did not fit in the room at all. Great location and beautiful beach, would be so great if staff were more kind.
Lovely camp grounds. Did not use much of the facilities as it was raining all weekend. But can see there is good potential and the beach looked good even in the rain. Will plan to go back once the weather clears up a bit.
I had to cancel our booking more than 2 months prior to travelling and got charged one nights accommodation - $116, a pretty hefty admin fee! Yes it's in their policy but it's not good customer service to charge an unreasonable cancellation fee. I wouldn't re-book with them on principal and be warned if you need to change your travel plans!
A good holiday park run by helpful staff. Our 4 night stay was nice. Only minutes walk to Emerald beach and the kids loved onsite kids water park. The location is convenient, Coles and Aldi at Moonie Market were only few minutes drive away, Coffs Harbour probably 15 mins. We stayed in a renovated superior 2 bedroom cabin and the second bedroom was way too small than we expected. There was no fan or aircon in the second bedroom with a small window, which was uncomfortable for the kids. Note, There’s one aircon in the living area and the master bedroom has a fan. I also thought the lounge in the living area could be bit more comfy for relaxing after a big day out. Free wifi was offered however was not usable at all, mainly due to the coverage issues imo. I think the team should work on it or make it clear in the listing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope the they would fix a few little things raised here
