Our retail bookshop in Mount Waverley is open to the general public from Monday to Saturday. You’ll find a large range of Primary, Secondary and teacher textbooks and resources for the Victorian curriculum, plus picture books, fiction and non-fiction titles, educational games and stationery.

I waited today for 1.15 min on the phone for a customer service agent... this was my third attempt after being disconnected the previous two occasions. I was just told to go the bookstore instead and call ahead to ensure they have the stock... When I went to do that the number is the same as the customer service line!!! ... ridiculous customer service.
Resources not in stock, unhelpful staff, 1300 line disconnects after waiting in line for more than 45 min after progressing form position 18 to 7. Seems not to have sufficient customer support representatives at 1300 number.
Used to be Link Educational Bookstore. Was fantastic then. Was my go to bookstore as a teacher. Now Campion... and it is shut.... Not only that, all other Campion stores don't open on a weekend so as a teacher who works between 9 and 5 I can't actually go and shop for educational books. Really disappointing and sad.
Excellent staff and everything except 1 book on my child's yr10 book list was in stock! The 1 not in stock I easily ordered & only a 10 day wait was expected... turned out to be 1 day and the book there! WOW! Fair prices and all your child's school supplies available including stationary, scientific calculators, USB drives etc. Staff are VERY polite and helpful as well as having patience for people who need their child to translate language or who may be confused regarding the exact item's needed! Highly recommend this place
There are three things that I am disappointed of 1. The lack of stocks. Lacks of stocks of books are always happen and need to wait for 7-14 days to get it after ordering. 2. The information desk. The lady is so rude when I asked her about my order whether have arrived or not. She hanged up the phone before I finished talking when I was about to ask for other book for my next order. 3. Email communication. After 14 days of waiting and no information about my order, I called Link to make sure whether my order has been there or not, they said they have sent an email mentioned my order has been there. Then I went there to pick up my order. Before I went, I checked my email in case I missed their email, unfortunately there was no email from Link. A couple days after got my order, I got an email from Link that my order has been there. It happened not only once, it was my second time.
Placed an order four weeks in advance only to find out that only 2 of the three books I ordered were available. They shifted the blame onto the publishing company and then refused to send the remaining book via post to me for free, they had the audacity to charge me $10 for postage. When you place an order 4 weeks in advance you would expect that all the books would be available or that at the very least the store would be willing to send you the final book for free. This store is a waste of space.
The most unorganised and unfriendly place on earth! I ordered and paid last December for my daughters school books , last book has just arrived. It is over a half year later!! Come on!! They refused to send by post to me so I had to go there few times every year to keep picking up books when they arrives. This is happening EVERY YEAR last 5 years. They never had my daughters all books in one go even I ordered and paid as soon as book list comes in....
We obtained our secondary school books and stationary here. The shop is very well organised, it was easy to find all on our list. For a few items that were not available on the day, the staff were able to help with an order.
Every year it's the same...at their busy periods they have young staff with insufficient knowledge of what's going on and too few staff to deal with customers. You can count yourself lucky if they get all of your order in at the one time and promptly and will always blame their suppliers. Insufficient parking. Pretty hopeless.
This is a very busy shop in January due to lots of families buying books for high schools. The normally have like 4-5 registers open but sometimes the queue of ppl is so long most times. So try and go in quiet times. Also the normally have to order your books in. And you have to wIt a few weeks. They let you know the books have arrived by email and they can deliver the books to your home at cost. I just wish the books were always there so there wasn't always a wait.
