Jonathon and Ian provided excellent customer service, initially (patiently) helping me troubleshoot the issues I was having with my chlorinator over the phone before coming out to inspect my equipment at extremely short notice. From there, Jonathon was professional and responsive, promptly getting back to me and answering my queries and offering alternatives for how I could address my issues. The workmanship was also of a high standard and I'm pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Swimart Glen Waverley to others.
