This has been by far my best shopping experience. The owner is very helpful and has great personality. He walked me through everything, I got to hold a few rackets to feel the differences. They have great amount of stock more than most stores, you have lots to choose from. I definitely recommend this family business.
I went to this shop for the first time and I had no idea which racket to take. Bob helped me out with his kindness and professional knowledges of racket. I would love to come back to take care of my new racket which I love! I really recommend to go to this shop if you play tennis. Price is amazing and hospitality is amazing too.
I went to Tension24 to buy my first ever pair of proper squash shoes. I really wasn’t sure what to look for in a pair but Bob was fantastic and helped me choose the right ones. He was super friendly and he definitely knows his stuff! The place had the best stock of squash gear I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait to go back!
I am a rank beginner with tennis but Bob and Liz were so knowledgeable and patient, explaining what to consider when buying a racquet. These two really know what they're talking about. They also helped me choose the right shoes. I had no idea there was so much technology in a pair of shoes and the difference it can make. I had a real education today! A very welcoming and friendly shop and great shopping experience. You don't often get this kind of great service, information and advice. Now I just need another excuse to go back !
I went to Liz and Bob’s shop to buy a present for my friend’s son, Liz and Bob gave me very professional suggestion and service. Liz compared the different tennis rackets for me until found the right one, I got very good experience at the shop. My friend’s son loves the racket so much. I just want to say thank you again to Liz and Bob. Strongly recommend.
10/10! I got my racquet restrung by Bob & he took time to explain the different types of strings, & which one would suit me and he was right. I'm very happy with my restring & the advice Bob gave me, super knowledgeable and friendly! I would definitely recommend Tension 24 for everything tennis. Great selection of clothes & shoes also, and easy parking around the back off the main street!
If you are a complete beginner at tennis as me, having not the slightest knowledge about choosing the right racquet or shoes, then Bob’s shop is definitely the place you should pay a visit. I’m so impressed by his thorough knowledge on the tennis gears and I’m truly thankful for his help and advice. Highly recommended!!

What an awesome Tennis shop! Visited for the first time to get my racquet restrung and got a great pair of tennis shoes too. Wonderful service from Bob & Liz who were incredibly friendly and knowledgable. Will be coming back in the future for all my tennis needs - thanks guys!
I arrived just before the store closed and I was met with a very eager, knowledgeable and passionate Bob. In a matter of minutes, not only had I gotten my racquet perfectly regripped, I was being taught racquet dynamic and tips that I will very much consider in the future. Will definitely use them in the future. The passion and experience shows, highly recommended.
