ITS A UNIFORM SHOP???  BUT NO UNIFORMS AVAILABLE DONT GET???  IF SIZES ARE POPULAR ODER EXTRA, IT WILL SELL.   COME ON?  GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.  YOU SHOULD HAVE UNIFORM IN STOCK AT ALL TIMES.   REGARDLESS OF SCHOOL, BUSY PERIODS ETC.

You guys have the most user unfriendly ordering website.  Firstly why is it blocked from an overseas IP address?? Is it not possible that parents might be overseas while having to order something? The site is slow and gets stuck all the time! Why not make parents life easier by improving on this. Which parent has few hours waiting on your website to complete one purchase?

PSW is located behind/next to Officeworks off Springvale Road.  We shopped on a Tuesday morning during the school summer holidays, and were assisted by a friendly, young lady.  Everything went smoothly!  They sell Puma sports clothing for kids too.  There's ample car park space.

If I had a negative rating I would. Unfortunately our child's school goes through PSW otherwise I wouldn't step foot here. Firstly our experience buying the uniform was poor. We had booked a uniform fitting time, yet barely got any support from the customer service team who were clearly overwhelmed with the crowd.  When we finished purchasing , I was told that all purchases were packed in the school bag. I trusted the team to have packed everything in the bag. I bought 2 shirts but they packed only one. I should have checked at that point, but trusted the team.  When we checked the uniform we bought and found that one shirt was missing.  I couldn't immediately go back that day. When I went a few days later,  the store denied that they had missed the shirt and the store manager gaslighted me that I must have misplaced it somewhere at home. Very disappointed by the pathetic experience. I would request buyers to check what's in their bags before they leave , this place not only has poor customer service but is also waiting to loot the customers.
