I’ve been a longtime customer of CWH, as have my whole family. I wish I knew more of the pharmacists names as they’re all incredible, but a very heartfelt shoutout to pharmacist Tom, he is so caring, kind and always without a doubt goes above and beyond to help and support you. All of the pharmacists are helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. This is a really beautiful community pharmacy that even in its busy periods has really exceptional service. My whole family & grandma are frequent visitors of CWH & we all are so deeply grateful to have such a wonderful chemist. Side note, it’s a very big store with lots of opportunities to shop around whilst you’re waiting for your prescriptions !!!nThank you to all of the beautiful pharmacists for playing such an integral part of my health & for the consistent support!

I just wanted to say how fantastic the staff are at Mount Waverley - I especially want to thank Tom Phan, one of the senior Pharmacists.  We have lots of health issues and he is always helpful, professional and courteous.  He ensures that things are done well and despite the significance of his role, finds time to explain and provide advice.  There is usually a queue at Mount Waverley, but people sometimes criticise - obviously forgetting the serious and technically precise nature of the work of the phamacists and staff.  It's worth the wait and under the leadership of Garish and Tom the community is provided with a wonderful service.  Did I mention the great value too - the specials are amazing.

Older lady with fake eyelashes and blonde hair extensions in perfumes was so unbelievable rude and condescending to a female employee that was clearly new. There is absolutely no reason to grab staff and be that belittling. Appalling behaviour, I’m a long time customer and will not be returning until she has been fired.

The online click and collect ordering for this store process was extremely frustrating. It took 10 attempts to complete my order, as the system repeatedly forced me to remove 10 single-quantity items one-by-one. I was ultimately only able to purchase half of the products I needed.

Bought this herbal remedy online via the chemist warehouse website. Turned out it does nothing a specialist in the field said not to bother taking it. As per the chemist warehouse refund/return policy, I took it back to the Mt. Waverley store within 7 days, but was told I couldn't have a refund. Just be cautious when buying suppliments/herbs from the Chemist warehouse website - they don't stand behind the products they sell.
