I regularly shop at Chemist Warehouse Mt Waverley and am always greeted with a smile and a hello from the security guard.  Recently I completed my purchase and was walking out of the shop when the alarm went off signaling my product had not been security cleared.  The security guard who had seen me pay and receive my goods, quickly managed the correct scanning and security disarming and apologised to me for the inconvenience.  His manner and actions were very professional and I was impressed.  He was covering up for the  checkout person who had not scanned all products.  Thank you sir for your skillful handling of the situation.

I’ve been a regular customer at the Mt Waverley Chemist Warehouse, and the experience has always been excellent.nnThe staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and go out of their way to assist with finding the right products. The store is well-stocked, offering a wide range of medicines, skincare products, vitamins, and other essentials at competitive prices.nnThe layout is clean and organized, making it easy to navigate and locate items. I also appreciate the convenience of extended opening hours and the quick service at the prescription counter.nnHighly recommended for anyone looking for quality products and great customer service.

OVERCHARGING TWICE A DAY.nCarefully check your bill before you pay at this store, I got 2 overcharges bill twice at this shop in one day, one is trying to charge me double of the bill , another is charged me extra $15 dollars.

I don’t know what has happened to this place. It used to be nice. The worst part is the pharmacist deliberately creates barrier in document signing. They be telling you wait for 20 minutes and not okay to leave shop until they are done. This is not even a busy time apparently. I have been to other pharmacy and they try their best to help. Not this one.

I had a terrible experience at Chemist Warehouse Mount Waverly.nThe store was not overcrowded,  but the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. On top of that, the checkout lines were painfully slow, and the pharmacist  i dont have any idea they are qualified or interns one asian male and two sri lankan or indian girls were there atm.ntime 8:00 pm  26/02/2025
