This is the "boyfriend" who rang Jan, this afternoon, after arriving home and being met at the door by a sobbing Sue whom in 13 days time I am to marry. Sue made a booking, confirmed by email, for the two rooms in April & left credit card details . Luckily Sue, today, checked her emails and found that Jan had "made a mistake" & had since double booked one of the rooms. The property has only two rooms and as such had been booked out so we thought. Asking why she just couldn't tell the other party of her mistake, she refused to do so. Amongst offers to Sue was that she had found 3 other sites nearby for half the party & that the Bridal party could use the grounds for photos. She was unable to grasp the requirement for all the girls to be together in privacy of one location or we would have booked a hotel, even though Sue and Jan had a clear discussion about it prior to making the booking. Less that 2 weeks before the Wedding & just an email per-chance it is read. If you are going to deal with Bridal Parties then sensitivity must be paramount at such a stressful time & a prior booking, made in April must be honored without compromise . To get a comparable property at such short notice has doubled the cost & caused heaps of unwanted stress. Very disappointing

Beautiful home. Stocked with all the small things which make overnight accommodation as enjoyable as possible. Comfortable, clean, friendly, and very reasonably priced.Thanks Jan.

This B&B is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are in the front portion of a beautiful home and the owners live in the back and upstairs. They were never bothersome and always friendly if we had questions regarding things to do in Western Australia. The house is in a great area that is walking distance to the train, a trendy area with shops and food (Oxford St.), and a beautiful park by the lake. The service here really is fantastic for a B&B. Upon arriving to her home, the owner will show you the place, pointing you to the bathroom (that you share with the other guests), the pool, some cozy sitting areas (inside and out), your room, and the breakfast nook inside your room. The breakfast area includes cereal and milk, fruit, yogurt, as well as some local treats (like some Australian beer). Would definitely stay here again!
