Great place, there is a reason why the place is gigantic because the food is good. The customer service is okay, some servers can't really speak english, but most of them can.

The yum cha is good but it’s a bit overpriced. People not familiar with Yumcha etiquette could be offended by some of the customs. It is quite conveniently located in Westfield’s. But there can be quite a wait sometimes on the weekends. The private dining rooms are nice, some have windows that overlook the main dining hall

Worst place to eat. They charge you for everything even admission, minimum sauce fee along with the expensive tea you think that its free. The two ladies at the reception with purple hair gave me terrible customer service being mean and in a rush even though I was like the only customer there. I do not recommend going here for any birthday, wedding or party occasion as it will definitely fail to please you, friends and work colleagues. The old ladies with the trolley carts full of food keep insisting that you try this food and try this. I ate 5 simple dishes that wouldn't even be enough for breakfast or lunch just a snack. It was 90 dollars. Do not go to this place, there are better places with better food nearby with prices way more cheaper than the food here.

Great food! I and my family like this place, often come here for dinner. I'm sure the environment, food and service here will not be disappointing!
