The food is more of a 3, or a 3.5 but if you know what dishes to order it helps a lot. The prices are very reasonable and the staff were incredibly nice. I've been here around 5 times and have never had a problem with service... They are a little more brisk during busier times but that's to be expected. If you come a little later the atmosphere is much nicer and service is easier to get.

The food here is very good. And our first visit was memorable due to the wonderful service offered by the staff. I would have been keen to provide 4 or 5 stars. As such we were keen to return to sample the other offerings on the menu. Alas the service level is miserably poor and it was such a difficult effort for the waitress to provide service. Never ever coming back after this.

ill give the food a 4 star as its pretty tasty. but the service is rude abd atrocious. maybe deserve a 2 star but been here 6 months ago and its not improved edit: check out was ok give you 2 stars

AVOID THIS THAI RESTAURANT!!! Service at this restaurant was horrible and staff can barely speak or understand English so getting your order through to them is a nightmare. As for the food we had the lunch special set, I ordered the Thai beef basil stir fry with rice and my partner had the Thai Pork Stir fry with rice. When the dishes arrived we were very underwhelmed as they did not look appetizing or well presented, and way too much rice to stir fry ratio, but we were starving so we ate it anyway. The rice was extremely dry and grainy (almost choked to death), The meat and veggies in the stir fry were overcooked and almost not edible, not enough sauce to mix with the rice so it was also tasteless, and very small portions so we were still very hungry. This place is not authentic Thai. Don't waste your time and money on this place as there are much better Thai restaurant options in Chatswood. Very disappointing and won't be returning ever again.
