Super SLOW! Would not recommend during work peak hours. A coffee is a 17 mins wait, during the 17 mins, the lady was making the drinks at extreme slow speed, she’s made 4 coffees in 17 mins… when you get your order and it’s made incorrectly this Maccas has gotten orders wrong several times before and you don’t have another 17mins to wait for them to remake it, and already late to work. Horrible
I would love to give a personal shout out to the worker that served me twice today called Andromeda this girl definitely deserves a raise. She helped me out with issues with my order and overall gave me a great experience.
The worst Macca's I've ever been to, which is really saying something as my expectations are already very low. Chips were completely stale, as if made the day before. Got the order wrong twice - first time gave us the wrong burger, we went back to correct it, then they made it again but forgot the extra bacon we paid for. No napkins provided in the takeaway. Ice cream not available. The staff seem lost.
Please do not supply your paying customers with rotting food.nThe Big Mac supplied to me had brown, mushy lettuce.nDid not want to risk food poisoning, so I threw it away.nYuck.
Oh my gosh. No matter how long the queue is, the staff literally doesn’t care about it. They just have time to use their mobiles, enjoy sipping their drinks but couldn’t afford to complete the customers orders. Be prepared to wait for a half an hour for your order to be prepared. The highlight is the shift manager, who literally gives no damn about anything.
