Poorly managed staff, at peak hours in the morning. The manager prioritised to chat about her life drama. On the good note the kitchen and servers are doing their best. Except for a selected few.nnWe ordered 7:51 am and got the food at 8:15 am.
Very long wait. Literally no one wears hairnet. I’m a good safety officer, if and only if I had the authority, this place would have been shut down ages back. No one attends the people and just talk in between themselves, not bothering about any other Uber or other drivers. Disgusting and never coming back
They mark off the orders immediately then leave food and drinks on the table going bad. The ice in my drinks has melted by the time I got my food
Went in for a late night box of nuggets on my way home. Placed the order at the machine and waited. As I was the only paying customer at the store besides 2 or 3 uber eats runners, I expected my order to be provided quickly.nMy order was ignored, I was ignored, I waited 10-15 min it seemed, then I saw the first sign of a grey shirt manager. I asked him if he was the manager to which he replied yes. I told him I had placed an order a while ago and nothing was happening in relation to it. I said I guess I'd just like a refund thanks. The manager I believe his name was Nishka or Nishkin agreed to it and said sorry and refunded my money.nAs a manager I would expect that if he chooses to be out the back for 15-20 minutes he should be assured he has a well trained team to manage every order, or in this case one order of a present customer while he is away. I would also expect the manager to make an attempt to rectify the issue for the customer with maybe a compensation or extra service, to make up for the lack of service provided. Instead the refund was issued and he seemed happy about the outcome.nPlease be reminded, the customer was the loser here. Lack of service, lack of customer care, and then lack of any attempt to compensate for the stuff up.nThis fast food restaurant is very badly managed and run, if one present and paying customer is too much to handle.nI left very dissatisfied and disillusioned. ...and still hungry.
