Extremely poor customer service. Kept seeing people jumping the waiting queue and just walked in - or a greet to the front person and just shown the way. Food is average with average price.

The food is excellent and wonderful menu a lot of choices, It comes with a diff. a kind version of the food. Fantastic service and the atmosphere is very nice. I had the crab rangoon appetizer and general Tso dinner plate it was extremely delicious. Great job keep it up!

Walked in, found it interesting that every table has a hand cleansing bowl. Is that to entice us to order crab and lobster? Was served house soup before we even ordered. Is that so we won't leave? Dishes not so interesting in Engish...the Chinese menu had more items. Service very slow. You can feel the lack of staff to take orders and notice customer requests. The servers are other staff members wearing plastic gloves. Odd. Food not great in aesthetics - at least it was hot and I was happy with yummy house soup, fruit and dessert. Certain sections have dusty wooden slats to sit under. Would not sit on that side next time....if I visit again.

I didn't trust people when they say the service was bad, but I am clearly wrong. Their service is terrible even by your typical corner restaurant standard.will not come back again. Food is OK
