The food is great, but the prices are just too high for what they are selling. The burgers are very good, the shakes are great, having the option to get potato gems is awesome. But yeah, they're just asking a bit too much for what they are serving. On top of that, the service here hasn't ever been what I would consider good, and the wait times, even when fairly empty, have been excessive.

Royal staks has delicious burgers with the milky buns setting them apart from other burgers. Their cheesy fries were crispy and the cheese was not over powering. The service was top notch. They are willing to accomodate you for any misunderstandings.

Really good burgers ! Not the best compared to BBJ, Bar lica or Mister Gees; though, really good and great location. Staff are exceptional. Had a lunch order for the office and individually bagged, named and help in carrying out to the car.

Ordered the King burger & cheese fries. Things we liked: Friendly staff. Decor ok but seems like they could have done more to make it like an American diner if thats what they were going for. Free drink refills Menu had some unique things Things we diddnt like: Fake plastic cheese Soggy chips Burger was less than average. Disappointing. Would probably not return.

Good burgers and a great selection of drinks including custard drinks. Reminds me of a US burger chain. Highly recommended.
