I celebrated my mom’s birthday today at the Haidilao in Chatswood. I had made a reservation on their website in advance, noting that it was for a birthday celebration. When we arrived, there were already many people waiting at the entrance. However, since we had a reservation, we were quickly escorted into the restaurant. The table was beautifully arranged see pictures for details, and my mom was super happy when she saw it. The service and food were as excellent as always. This time, we were served by a young lady named Elina, who was well-trained, professional, and warmly enthusiastic. After finding out it was my mom’s birthday, she sweetly wished my mom a happy birthday and led a heartfelt singing session, even giving my mom a small gift. My family and friends all love coming to Haidilao for hotpot and birthday celebrations. We hope it remains this great forever!

Great experience here.nnKids friendly, tasty food and fun activities!nnWe had Jessica serving us and she greatly cared us through the entire hotpot session.nnWe had Rui assisting running the activities and he was very patient and optimistic.

Hai Di Lao prides itself on service and that’s what you get when you visit the joint. Someone is always here to look after you and the noodle man show is awesome. A bit pricey but hey you can have free snacks and drinks whilst you are there. Overall a great place for hot pot cravings. Make your you book ahead. It can get really busy.

The dining area is lovely, and I found it offers more privacy compared to other hot pot restaurants. The partitions between tables are a nice touch. The soup bases are flavourful and delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. We appreciate that they provide both - half and full portion dishes, allowing us to order more food. Overall, the service is excellent, the ingredients are fresh, and we love it!

on the 15th of September 2024, myself and my friend went to Haidilao Chatswood for the first time. we have never been to hotpot before and had no idea how it all worked. our server, Romi, was so kind and helpful and assisted us all night. she explained how the menu works, her recommendations and checked in on us as we dined. i really feel she went over and above for us, and made it one of the best experiences trying a new place. we will definitely be back. thank you Romi, i hope someone can pass this message on to her and recognise the great service she provided.nnfrom sarah
