Having dined at Haidilao in China and Australia also saw Haidilao at Singapore I'd say the key is consistency in quality and service.nnThe Chatswood venue is reasonably generous spacious for each cubic, enough rooms for the entire family to enjoy a hotpot or two. Aprons are provided for dipping in oily soup can get messy quickly.nnThe selection of the hotpot meals are always top notch. Serving speed is reasonable even during busy times. Sauce and side dishes are included from DIY benches. On-site facilities are reasonably clean.nnHaidilao features noodles hand making at the table as a form of entertainment. Recently we also encountered a Chinese traditional face-changing show on-site.nnNot the cheapest hotpot in the town but good value for the offerings. It's a busy place so booking is generally recommended.nnOverall a good dining experience package IMO.

Buzzing Hot Pot establishment serving plentiful fresh produce and quality protein in a modern clean environment. The broths are all rich and tasty but it's up to you the customer to cook. This is a lot of fun and perfect for groups. It's noisy and it's happening complete with noodle stretching performances.
The private room reserved at this hot pot restaurant is a fun place to celebrate and share a special occasion meal with friends and family. Ordering online is easy and service is quick. We liked having two choices of broth for each pot. A Noodle dancer performs to music. For a birthday there is a special noodle dish presentation.
Amazing hotpot experience! The service is top-notch—staff are attentive and friendly, making sure everything is perfect. The ingredients are fresh, and the broth options are delicious. Love the little extras like snacks and manicure.Definitely a must-visit!
