Having dined at Haidilao in China and Australia also saw Haidilao at Singapore I'd say the key is consistency in quality and service.nnThe Chatswood venue is reasonably generous spacious for each cubic, enough rooms for the entire family to enjoy a hotpot or two. Aprons are provided for dipping in oily soup can get messy quickly.nnThe selection of the hotpot meals are always top notch. Serving speed is reasonable even during busy times. Sauce and side dishes are included from DIY benches. On-site facilities are reasonably clean.nnHaidilao features noodles hand making at the table as a form of entertainment. Recently we also encountered a Chinese traditional face-changing show on-site.nnNot the cheapest hotpot in the town but good value for the offerings. It's a busy place so booking is generally recommended.nnOverall a good dining experience package IMO.

The private room reserved at this hot pot restaurant is a fun place to celebrate and share a special occasion meal with friends and family.  Ordering online is easy and service is quick. We liked having two choices of broth for each pot. A Noodle dancer performs to music. For a birthday there is a special noodle dish presentation.

Wonderful, Tasty and Fun atmosphere for your family. Food is easy to order. Plenty of condiments to go with your dish. Get the 4 hotpot option with different soupbase flavours and dip in you noodles or meats for that extra flavour and taste. Child friendly. The dancing noodle maker is a must for the kids to see as they do a little noodle spin and dance.

I had such a great birthday dinner here—it was a perfect dining experience! Chelsea, our server, was super helpful and explained everything we weren’t sure about. Really appreciate her warm and friendly service! Also, when we were short on time, the staff went out of their way to help us figure things out. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free—thanks so much!
