It is my first time to write the Google review. I bought a vintage kimono for my little one. 100% real silk and authentic traditional Japanese craft style. The owners are very friendly and gave me quite a lot of help and suggestion. I can't wait to see my little one dressed up in such kind of beautiful kimono.

Beautiful store! Was tossing up whether on not to go, but so glad we went, such pretty products. The man at the counter was also very friendly. Can’t find stores like this in Sydney.

Kimoyes is an amazing store in Canberra with the most beautiful collection of Japanese fabrics and many rare vintage fabrics dating back to the 1950's. It is likely to be the best range in Australia so really worth a visit if you live here or are passing Canberra. The owner have been operating for 30yr + so very experienced, specialised and passionate about their business. If you are ordering online send them email with any questions prior to ordering and you will find them very helpful which will also help ensure you get exactly what you want.

This shop was a surprise: even better in person than they are online. Lovely shop full of Japanese silks and cottons. Jill and her husband are very knowledgeable and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Very happy with what I bought and can't wait to use their beautiful fabrics in my quilts.

Wow - so many fabrics! Lots of vintage patchwork and sewing fabrics. Friendly staff who know what they're talking about. Also had lots of Japanese sewing kits and craft items. Great to have something like this in Canberra!
