What a wonderful find discovering Memento designs and Frockaholics online! I had found the perfect Eileen Kirby dress for my daughters wedding but not my size in my colour!…. No problem at all they contacted the designer and had it made in no time! All communication was quickly responded to and mail out was perfect. Thank you for your time and assistance to get it just right. . Best online shopping experience so far.
I was shopping for mother of the bride and Momento did not disappoint! Natalie and the staff in Momento are amazing. She brought me a range of beautiful garments and fitted and tied every one I tried on. Wonderful service and wonderful range. Loved my experience.
I bought a dress online and it was click and collect here. I tried it on but thought it was too big and didn’t suit me. I was told how gorgeous it looked etc and in the end took it. Two days later I decided to return it. The assistant refused to accept it back ‘because I’d tried it on’. Is that even legal in the consumer legal world. She even said I’d worn it that night to a wedding my son is getting married next Saturday. Absolutely insulting! I will never go near momento again.
What a fabulous store! Lovely variety of quality clothing. Natalie was outstanding helping me find a lovely dress for a spring Luncheon. Really professional - a totally enjoyable experience
Warning - dreadful shopping experience I was stunned by the rude service - unfriendly unhelpful dismissive - I was the only customer in the shop go figure and couldnt price on any items but such a stretch for the senior woman who was doing nothing else to help me- that’s ok as Im very happy to spend elsewhere.
If you're looking for a statement piece for a formal occasion, go to Momento. Service is exceptional and I had a toddler and baby in tow and they were very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend for quality and variety of dresses and service.

Went dress shopping with my daughter for a year 10 school formal. Didn't necessarily fine the dress, but the staff were really lovely to work with.
