I agree the blond lady who works there very rude,impatient and not at all helpful. definitely should not be working in customer service..uniforms and clothing very expensive too...
To the blonde lady working on Anzac day, if you are not happy working on that day, you don't have to be rude with your customers, that's what you get paid for otherwise complain to your boss not to the customer

This shop has the monopoly on certain school uniforms, the prices are ridiculous given the quality us soo poor these days. And they NEVER have the size required,as t by e same thing happened to us in summer,their response is to shrug their shoulders, and say we sold alot more than we expected. NOT happy Savvy/Lowes, when you monopolize the market, make sure you have the items available!!!
If zero stars was an option for a review, that's what I'd choose. Patronising manager, if he's at work. The younger staff seem to have a much better grasp of what they're doing than the manager. Savvy have a closed market for a lot of school families, so we are forced to shop there to get our kids their school wear for three schools. They do not honour their requirements in relation to faulty goods, despite us paying thousands of $ over the years. Ordering items you need that they don't have in stock is painful and peppered with judgement 'why would your child want THAT style of shorts, no one else at the school wears that', etc. Once I got a phone call about a year after I ordered a school bag, to say it was in. Ridiculous. Wish the schools would go to another provider.
Most helpful to my wife shopping for our grandchildren. She is blind so nothing seems too much trouble to the staff. Awesome.
staff are so rude and pushy. i’m a size 6 and she forced me to get a size 16 .
Reasonable range, overpriced like all other school uniform providers! They don't care as customer supply is guaranteed. Some staff are rude.
No, didn't visit. Not sure that there's a market for old men in school uniform. If anyone has contrary advice, please let me know
