I have been ordering cheesecakes for birthdays from The Cheesecake Shop in Erindale over the last few years, as they are passionate about what they do, product quality is always consistent and their cakes look exactly as they do in the picture and fresh as!. Having tried three other Cheesecake shops in the ACT the ones close to me for the same product, Erindale shop wins my vote hands down. But it's not all about their great quality cheesecakes for me. As others have mentioned already, owners remember you by the name even if you only come in several times a year. It's their friendliness and an amazing customer service that brings me back to this store. Every single time I go there - the store is buzzing with people. I purchased a chocolate mud layered cake. I was very disappointed with the icing layers being really thick and like concrete. The cake was dry. It didn't even have a nice rich taste to make up for it. Not the usual loveliness I was expecting, especially for $70!

We have used Erindale Cheesecake shop several times. Their execution of making and delivering the cakes has been flawless on each occasion. The owner is very humble and polite

Amazing cake design for my Son's Birthday which made his day whilst in lockdown! All we had to do was add some dinosaurs which were easy to find at home and the rest was taken care of by the lovely owners of the Erindale Cheesecake Shop! The cake was delicious also! Thank you! :-

I can't recommend the Cheesecake shop at Erindale highly enough!!!! 10 wouldn't do it justice!!!! I had ordered cakes to take to a funeral at the coast and had to cancel my order due to catching covid. They rang me during our isolation just to check on my and my mothers wellbeing!!!! When I ordered cakes to come down to the coast the other day, they still asked on myself and my mothers wellbeing!!!! Always lovely service!!! And checking on people's wellbeing when I only buy cakes from them a few times a year is EXTREMELY EXCEPTIONAL and sensational service!!! Definitely need the 10 , plus!!!!

Great cakes and tortes. Love their savoury ones apple and pear and some of the cheesecakes. The team is very friendly and the shop seems to be busy every time I come in. My favourite cake shop in the ACT.
